Rivage Travel specializes in group travel and is able to assist with every type of group… meetings and incentive travel, destination weddings, multi-generational family reunions, corporate retreats, bachelor and social gatherings.

We’ve been booking group travel to the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America for over 10 years, we know what works and we’ve streamlined the process to be as simple as possible. You may hire us as location consultant or a full-service travel firm. You may choose to have our company be the point of contact for your group members, or use a group leader of your own and during our consultation we'll work with you to find out what is best for you!

Through the years, we’ve built personal relationships with the hotels we recommend and in an effort to only sell what we know, we stay at each property. Should you have any special requests, we convey those on your behalf directly to the management team.

We will match you to the perfect destination based on your likes + wants. We compare quotes from multiple sources selling hotel group space only to travel agents + hotels direct to see who will offer your group the best package and price.
EVENT PLANNING
We’ve been organizing group travel for over 10 years and stay up-to-date on industry trends, all for the purpose of providing our clients with swift and educated answers. We’ve consulted on everything from invitations, destination wedding planning, where to source welcome bags for guests, food + beverage menus and every detail in-between.
TRAVEL COORDINATION + INSTRUCTION
We will research, plan, and book travel for all your guests in a very streamlined manor. We provide a helpful set of travel instructions for all of our clients that includes such important details as how to complete the immigration paperwork, who to look for at the airport, what time to be waiting in the lobby for the shuttle, etc.
